My Postpartum Journal

Postpartum with our first baby is still to date the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to endure. I know this experience is similar for a lot of moms. Losing your sense of self. Struggling with body image. Fluctuating hormones. The changes in dynamic of previous relationships. Wondering where your village is. Trying to figure out breastfeeding. Even for mommas who didn’t experience PPA or PPD, it’s a LOT GOING ON!

Postpartum is more than just the first few weeks or months after a baby. It can take years to start feeling like yourself again. In the meantime, we need a space to vent. That’s why I created The Postpartum Journal & became a Postpartum Coach, to help mommas navigate postpartum and redefine who they are in this new season 🫶🏾
