🌸What’s in my Postpartum Cart! 🌿

I’m approaching the end of my pregnancy and preparing for birth and postpartum! As a first time mom, here’s everything I put in my little cart that I’ll keep in my bathroom to try to make my postpartum recovery smoother anddddd more comfortable!

I’ve heard amazing things about the Frida mom postpartum kit so I bought that to get a big chunk of what I need! If you don’t want to do that, I recommend at least getting the Frida mom peri bottle & getting some sort of ice pack pad! The kit also came with mesh boy shorts, so I have those and will see if I like that or the always depends diapers 🫶

Other than that I’ve heard witch hazel in some form and dermoplast is a must!

My friends gave me some sits baths and tea as well for some holistic help :)

I’m feeling just about ready for baby and this new life!

Let me know if you have any questions!

... Read moreAs a first-time mom, preparing for postpartum recovery can feel overwhelming. Having the right supplies can make a significant difference in comfort and healing. Besides the Frida Mom postpartum kit, consider adding witch hazel products as they provide soothing relief, especially for perineal discomfort. Dermoplast is another excellent choice known for its pain-relieving properties, essential for dealing with any soreness post-delivery. Sitz baths are gaining popularity for their ability to promote healing in the postpartum area. They can help soothe discomfort and promote cleanliness, allowing moms to feel refreshed after birth. Many choose to add herbal teas known for calming properties, which can also aid in recovery. It's important to listen to your body and use products that align with your comfort levels. Disposable nursing pads, like those from Momcozy, provide peace of mind when it comes to leaks during this transitional period. Many moms also swear by ice pack pads, which offer both cooling sensation and absorbency, targeting multiple postpartum healing needs. Overall, your postpartum cart should be tailored to your unique recovery journey. By gathering supplies that include both medical and holistic approaches, you'll be better equipped to face the challenges ahead and embrace the joy of your new arrival!

Here’s what I’m putting in mine👇🏾 The cart itself is an Amazon find — $23.99 : I knew this would be a short-term, survival-mode kind of item, so I didn’t want to overspend. I went neutral so it can live a second life later (bathroom, laundry, wherever I need it). ✨ Tier 1: Baby Care Shelf
