Stop being jerks to each other. I love attitude and boldness but don’t ever forget the humanity of others (and yourself). Some of the biggest jerks just don’t understand that they don’t need to be in competition all of the time. Find the balance between self-advocacy and promotion with acceptanc

I used to break so easily. I have toughened a lot. For those still on this journey, what would be your advice to them? I would say to take time to find the good things about yourself including what you love. And do your best not to do that from ego but from a pure understanding of your heart
