Have you ever heard… “If you can’t pray, you need to pray more, because something is keeping you from praying.”

If you can’t fast, you may need to fast all the more—because something is holding power there. 🙏🍽️
For those who are tired of yo-yo dieting, frustrated with food, weight, and health struggles, fasting can be a way to take back control—not by following another diet plan, but by seeking God for what is good for you. ✨
This is our second fast in two months.
Last month, we fasted from solid food, and it helped us stay mindful through the holidays, it was a success for all of us who participated. 🙌
This month’s 21-day fast looks different. Each of us is fasting individually, and what you fast is not as important as why you fast. The heart of this fast is leaning into God and allowing Him to help you through it, for whatever you are seeking Him for. 🤍
This time, alongside our church and maybe yours too, we’re extending the invitation to add mindful eating to your prayers if you’re ready to take control of your food with God’s guidance. ✨
