That morning (or afternoon!) jolt from the cold brew coffee helps kickstart your day or beat the midday slump, while the protein keeps you feeling full and satisfied, making it an excellent post-workout recovery drink or even a meal replacement on the go. I've found it helps curb those pesky snack cravings too! Combining protein with your coffee intake can also help stabilize blood sugar compared to just plain coffee, giving you sustained energy without the jitters.
