Six days on a crystal quartz mountain in Costa Rica. Six women who showed up for themselve

Six days on a crystal quartz mountain in Costa Rica. Six women who showed up for themselves in a way most people never do. I’ve been sitting with how to describe what this retreat meant to me. As a mom, as someone who has poured everything into building this community, watching these women arrive and then watching them leave as different versions of themselves… I don’t have words for it. This is exactly why I do this work. 🤍 Here’s what actually happened. One woman decided she’s done waiting and is finally going to start auditioning for the acting career she’s always wanted One woman realized staying at her job isn’t loyalty anymore. It’s settling. She’s ready for more. One woman gave herself a one year deadline to go full time in her business. And she believes it now One woman spent her first time away from her kid and remembered who she is outside of motherhood. She’s not the same as before. And she doesn’t want to be One woman realized her environment is keeping her small. She’s moving somewhere that matches who she’s becoming One woman decided she’s done waiting until she loses the weight, until everything is perfect, until she’s ready. She’s making bold decisions starting now This is what six days away from your life can do! Not a vacation. Not a girls trip. A real reset. And I got to hold the space for it. That is everything to me 🙏 And a shoutout to and for hooking my guests up with grass fed tallow skincare and emf shielding women’s products! Message me if you want discount codes on either ✨ If any of this felt familiar, save this post. The next one is coming. #WomensRetreat #longevity

... Read moreSpending six days immersed in a retreat environment like the crystal quartz mountain in Costa Rica offers a unique opportunity for deep personal transformation. From my own experience attending similar women’s retreats, I can attest that removing yourself from the daily grind and external distractions creates the mental space needed for genuine clarity and growth. These retreats are not mere vacations; they serve as intentional resets where participants confront limiting beliefs and ignite new paths forward. One striking aspect of such retreats is the intentional community built among women who are all committed to showing up fully for themselves. Sharing stories and goals in a supportive circle often uncovers shared challenges like feeling stuck in jobs or waiting for the “right time” to pursue passions. This communal energy generates courage and accountability, motivating women to make tangible plans — from auditioning for acting roles to launching full-time businesses. Another valuable component is reconnecting with your core identity outside existing roles — such as motherhood or professional titles — which can be rejuvenating and reveal personal needs and desires previously overshadowed. The retreat setting surrounded by natural beauty and powerful crystals, known for their grounding and healing properties, enhances this experience. Additionally, integrating wellness practices with products like grass-fed tallow skincare and EMF shielding items supports both external self-care and protection from modern stressors. These combined elements — purposeful time away, community support, crystal energy, and self-care — create fertile ground for lasting change. If you’ve ever felt stuck or uncertain about your next steps, investing thoughtfully in a retreat like this could be a profound catalyst. It’s a powerful way to honor yourself, take bold actions now, and embrace the person you are becoming.
