Avacado Ain’t Hitting on Nothing

I purposely ate a light breakfast. Omega 3, they say. Some say avacado is good. The devil is a lie. It has zero taste. Only the seasoning and oil etc does. I’ll eat it only because it’s good for me. Do you like avacado? WHY?

Seriously, though, do what’s good for you. Don’t always live by your tastebuds or worship your belly. That’s why you should fast, spiritually and naturally. Take you flesh out of the driver’s seat spiritually. Give you digestive system a break naturally. #healyourguthealyourlife #avacado #fasting #omega3 #pray
