Been running sh.t…. Still ain’t out of breath 🖤😮‍💨

... Read moreEvening runs can be a great way to wind down after a busy day while boosting your physical and mental health. Running around 5:30 PM, as indicated by the timestamps like Friday 5.50PM and Friday 5:33PM, takes advantage of cooler temperatures and often less crowded routes, making the experience more enjoyable. Maintaining stamina without getting out of breath during these runs suggests a solid aerobic base and consistent training. Incorporating regular running into your routine in the evening can help regulate your sleep-wake cycle, reduce stress accumulated during the day, and provide a healthy outlet for energy release. "Evening vibes" create a unique atmosphere for runners, often accompanied by beautiful sunsets and a peaceful environment. Hydrating properly before and after, doing light stretching, and running at a comfortable but challenging pace can contribute to improving your endurance gradually. Whether you're training for fitness or simply enjoying a moment of calm, running as described in the post is a fulfilling way to stay active and energized.

I would NOT have considered myself a runner earlier this year. I've always enjoyed sprinting but long distance running was never my thing or something I was good at. But I decided to sign up for a 10 mile race in the summer to challenge myself and by surprise I slowly began to love running!!

What You’re Really Running From
Most people are not lazy. They’re afraid of what silence exposes. So they keep themselves overstimulated with scrolling, food, noise, and constant distraction. But nothing changes until you sit alone long enough to face what you’ve been avoiding. Growth begins when you stop escaping.
