easiest egg wrap whisk 3 eggs with sea salts, black pepper and paprika. pour the mixture over an oiled pan, I used olive oil. add a tortilla and keep it on medium low for about ~5-6 minutes. flip and add filling of choice. I did tomatoes, cheese and arugula. serve with hot sauce. #eggwrap
