After dealing with Candida flare ups for years I decided to really sit down and learn more about gut health. I eat gluten and dairy free in order to minimize inflammation, along with adding foods such as lemon, garlic, and greens into as many meals as I can.

Here are a couple great meals to try🔥

Grilled chicken bowl:

•Season with your heart to about 2-3lbs of Chicken

•Add 1T of avocado oil and 1T water, let set at least an hour to let flavors soak in

•Chop and sauté your peppers and onions

•Grill up your chicken

•Top with lime, cilantro, avocado, salsa…

Mixed greens & Chicken

•Add all ingredients to 2-3lbs of chicken

•Mix well and throw on to a heated skillet

•Top salad with seeds, veggies, fruits…

*Ingredients can also be made into a dressing by adding olive oil

I also found that making dressings from these ingredients using olive oil provides extra antioxidants and keeps the salad fresh. In my experience, eating gluten and dairy free has dramatically decreased inflammation and gut discomfort, making my meals more enjoyable. Including garlic, lemon, and greens consistently creates a nourishing routine that your belly will appreciate. For anyone struggling with gut imbalances, investing time in simple recipes like these and focusing on wholesome, natural foods is a practical step towards better digestion and overall wellness.
