A quick and easy substitution to start my day off right

I don't eat breakfast often. When I do, I make it count. This morning I decided to make oatmeal. I used Koia vanilla bean plant based protein shakes to add some extra protein to my morning meal. This is a quick and simple substitution that starts my day out right.
