Heavenly Father,

Though I've been struggling mentally, and struggling with taking care of myself, Coming to you Jesus with all my pain, stress and anxiety has helped, You give me peace within the storm, You calm my racing heart, and give me the strength to breathe the stress and anxiety away 🤍🕊️🙏✝️ Thankyou Father that you are my refuge, My protector, Thankyou for lifting me up when I need it the most, for never abandoning me, I love you Jesus and without you I don't know where I would be in my Life, You are my SAVIOR
