Build Day 4!
WarriorBabe Build Day 4! #strong #challenge #fitness #success #trendingcare @WarriorBabe @Planet Fitness
It's been a journey getting back into the swing of things, and honestly, the "WarriorBabe Back on Track" challenge came at the perfect time for me. Life sometimes throws curveballs, and before I knew it, my consistent gym routine had slipped. Recommitting to this challenge, especially the Build phase, has been exactly what I needed to reignite my passion for fitness. Today was Build Day 4, and wow, what a session! I spent a solid 115 minutes intensely focused on weightlifting. Looking at my activity tracker after, burning 802 calories really puts into perspective the effort I put in. I started my session with a Club Check-in around 02:08 PM, which is becoming my new sweet spot for hitting the gym when it's not too crowded. The feeling of pushing my limits with each rep, especially when I felt like I was losing my grip on my fitness goals, is incredibly empowering. Getting "back on track" isn't just about showing up; it's about rebuilding that mental fortitude. For me, it meant a few key things. First, I had to forgive myself for falling off. No judgment, just acceptance. Then, I set small, achievable goals each day. On Build Day 4, it wasn't about breaking personal records from my peak performance, but about completing the workout with good form and feeling strong. It's a marathon, not a sprint, and every single step counts. I've found that consistency is truly king. Even on days when motivation is low, just getting myself to the gym, even for a modified session, keeps the momentum going. I use my own activity logs, like the ones that show "My Activities" and "Recent Activities", to track progress and celebrate small victories. Seeing the "Show History" feature fill up with completed workouts is a huge motivator. It's a visual reminder of how far I've come and how much more I'm capable of. Another crucial part of this "back on track" phase has been focusing on my nutrition. I'm not on a super strict diet, but making healthier choices, especially post-workout, helps my body recover and build muscle effectively. Pairing my weightlifting sessions with proper fuel makes a noticeable difference in my energy levels and overall performance. If you're also finding yourself needing to get "back on track" with your WarriorBabe challenge or any fitness goal, my biggest advice is to just start. Don't wait for the perfect moment. My Build Day 4 wasn't about perfection, but about showing up and doing the work. You'll be amazed at how quickly that initial step can lead to a renewed sense of purpose and strength. The journey might have its ups and downs, but the feeling of reclaiming your fitness and seeing yourself get stronger is absolutely worth it. Keep pushing, WarriorBabe!
