"Solar cells don't make the power value zero," but actually help "slice the bill in half."
"Solar cells don't make the power bill zero."
But it actually helps "cut the bill in half."
We started using solar cells about three years ago, so we wanted to share a real experience.
Not exaggerated. 😊 In case of information for the person who is making the decision. ☀️
Before we get on... our house uses about 700-780 units of fire per month, and the power is reasonably strong.
But once solar, the numbers changed markedly.
📊 from the actual data.
- Month 02 / 2026 Total power consumption 710 units
👉 used from 323 solar units (45.5%).
- Month 03 / 2026 Total power consumption 783 units
👉 used from 371 solar units (47.3%).
Which means... our house now uses almost half the "solar" of the whole house. 🌿
💰 How much to save?
If the average power charge is about 4 baht / unit
* February, save 1,292 baht.
* March, save 1,484 baht.
📌 is
👉 Save about 1,300 - 1,500 Baht / month
👉 or about 45-47% of the total power bill.
Which for us is worth it in the long run.
💡 But there's an important thing to say honestly.
Now our house doesn't have a fire battery.
It means...
- The fire produced "works well during the day."
- But the night still requires electricity.
👉 If there is a "Battery" system,
The remaining lights during the day can be used at night again.
Which "could have been reduced" by a step.
🌤️ The latter feeling is real.
- Open the air conditioner without thinking.
- Live more comfortably. Don't keep it open.
- A tangible drop in power.
- I used clean energy.
📌 Easy-to-understand summary.
✔ solar cells actually reduce the cost of electricity.
✔ Our house saved almost "half" of the cost.
✔ The more daylight it takes = the more it's worth.
💬 when our house was addicted, "The price is still high."
But now...
👉 is a lot cheaper than before.
Which is honest.
People who are addicted now "cost better than us." 😅
But even if it's expensive
For us... it's still worth it.
Because it's used first. Save first.
And comfortable first.
