High protein low calorie
Tuna is one of the easiest ways to get a lot of protein at very low calories. These macros are better than a protein bar: 16-18g protein and under 100 calories. The best part- it’s under $3!!!!!
Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese, flattened out to make “shells, 1/3 cup parm cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning, then fried in the air fryer. Loaded with veggies, dipped in Greek yogurt ranch.
Tuna packet: $.80
