Today’s Workout
I kept it simple today, since I got out of work almost an hour late.

I also ate a chicken bowl from chipotle and added extra protein. 🥗
I know this is probably not the healthiest or smartest option! 😭 Eating healthy/ just knowing what to eat before & after workouts has always been a struggle for me! I would appreciate any tips & tricks, as well as any recipes you may have that I could try! 💕
