For Lobster

1 package pre-cooked lobster tail

2 tbs. Butter

2 tbs. Minced garlic

2 tsp. Creole seasoning

For Mac and cheese

1/4 lb pasta (I used chickpea pasta)

1 1/4 cup milk

3 tbs. Butter

1 1/4 cup combined shredded or cubed cheddar jack and pepper jack cheese

1/4 cup flour

1tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Seasoned salt

1 tsp. Black pepper

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1/4 tsp. Mustard seed

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.

2. FILL a pot halfway with water, add a dash of salt, then place on high heat until the water starts to boil.

3. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and let cook until al dente, between 10-12 minutes.

4. While the pasat is cooking, in a sauce pan, heat up 2 tablespoons of butter, then add the minced garlic and creole seasoning. Mix together, than add the frozen lobster. Place a lid on top and let simmer until lobster is thoroughly cooked.

5. When the pasta is done, drain the noodles and set aside.

6. Use the same pot you used to cook the noodles and add 3 tablespoons of butter. Let that melt.

7. Once butter has melted, add the flour and whiskey until mixture begins to bubble.

8. Add the milk, whiskey the mixture to combine. Then, add the seasonings and continue whisking the mixture until it begins to bubble and thicken up.

9. Once the mixture begins to bubble and thicken, turn off the heat and add 1 cup of the cheese.

10. Stir in the cheese until melted. Then, add the noodles.

11. Add the lobster in next and stir until everything is combined

12. Spray a casserole dish and then pour mixture into the dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and then pop in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

13. Once done, let sit for a few minutes before you dig in. Enjoy!
