made banana bread yesterday but my 9mo couldn’t have it bc of the sugar + chocolate 😅 so i made her mini banana oat muffins instead!

recipe:

🍌 2 ripe bananas mashed

🥚 1 egg

🥣 ½ cup oat flour (i just blended rolled oats)

optional: a dash of cinnamon + vanilla ✨

baked at 350 for ~14 min.

👉 these can be gluten-free if you use certified GF oats, otherwise they’re just baby-friendly and naturally sweet 🍌🧁

no added sugar or added salt!

our little looooooves these for breakfast along with some yogurt and fresh fruit!
