My stove stopped working 😅

Imagine coming home from the gym and the first thing you want to eat is a delicious omelette or just your every day protein breakfast and then you realize your stove isn’t working. I had to think quick because I was hungry and my stomach was touching my back so I did this quick recipe and I got some sourdough English muffins with some Irish butter and some fresh grass fed Gouda cheese.

BABE trust me.

It was the best I added the egg in the middle and I used it as dipping sause for my runny egg lovers and this was probably the best air fry breakfast I’ve ever had.

If you find yourself without a working stove, I highly recommend trying out this combo. Not only is it quick, but it also feels indulgent and nutritious, especially after exercise when you want something protein-rich without spending too much time or using complicated techniques. The air fryer cooks everything evenly and quickly, giving a nice crispness to the muffin while gently melting the cheese. Using an air fryer has become a go-to method in my kitchen for convenience and flavor. You can experiment by adding your favorite cheeses, herbs, or even a touch of hot sauce as a dipping option for an extra kick. This experience taught me that even when a key appliance fails, simple ingredients combined with a little creativity can still produce a satisfying and delicious meal.
