1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tspn of pink Himalayan salt

1 tspn of dill

1 tspn of paprika

1 tspn of garlic powder

The juice of 1 small lemon

The zest of 1 small lemon ( save some to zest on top )

Chicken quarters went in at 350F for 27min / them 375F for 10min / then broiled for 3 min

Served with brown rice and buttered garlic green beans
