For sustained energy and hormonal balance, I rely on Maca, which is praised for supporting stamina and mood. It’s a natural adaptogen that helps combat fatigue without the jitters of caffeine. Chlorophyll supplements have also been a game changer, aiding in detoxification and promoting clearer skin as well as better digestion. After adding chlorophyll, I noticed my skin looked more vibrant and less irritated, which is a big plus. Creatine, commonly associated with athletic performance, surprisingly also helps with muscle recovery and overall strength, which enhances my physical endurance for daily activities. Magnesium Glycinate is another favorite for relaxation and improving sleep quality. Since taking it, falling asleep has become easier, and I wake up feeling more rested, which boosts my daytime productivity. Omega-3 Fish Oil is essential for my heart health and cognitive function.
