I hate posting on instagram bc I feel like making a post once a week is a bit much but here I am for the challenge lol I just know my followers hate me but if I could encourage someone to be a better version of themselves then LFG

#gymshark66 2025 week 2: prioritize creating a win within yourself. as a mom of two it is hard to want to get up, focus on the word, cook, eat, gym, and have a life of your own in the midst of taking care of your babies. and let me just say i’m starting from scratch this year, 20lbs on the squat bar, 15lb dumbbells an all!! so a reminder it’s okay to have no weight on the bar, we all gotta start somewhere. so here is to another week of overcoming the challenge and being above average.💪🏼
