After a glute-focused Friday, the weekend comprises rest or light active recovery, ensuring I'm refreshed for quad and glute workouts on Sunday. Beyond just physical health, staying in tune with your body and making adjustments as necessary cannot be understated. Additionally, incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training can enhance your overall fitness. For busy individuals, scheduling your workouts in advance and setting realistic goals can keep you motivated and accountable.
