Yummy protein breakfast ideas ✨🍳🍓🥑🧇

There are many delicious ways to sneak in a little more protein at breakfast!

1. Add cottage cheese to your avocado toast - rich, creamy and so good with everything but the bagel seasoning.

2. Want even more protein? Top that toast with a fried egg! I use a knife and fork for this goodness because I like the runny yolk and make sure to get every last bit.

3. Add vanilla protein powder to your Greek yogurt, tastes like dessert and adds a ton of extra protein!

4. For even MORE protein I top with almond granola and a scoop of almond butter. Yum!

5. I used to hate protein shakes for breakfast until I started finding the right recipes, now I’m obsessed! This one has tons of protein: almond milk, banana, crunchy peanut butter, chia, hemp, dash of high quality salt, vanilla protein and ice.

6. This one definitely doesn’t look like it has any protein but wow does it! If you have a waffle iron it is easy to make protein waffles using the same powder you would use in shakes! They also sell frozen protein waffles at health food stores. Top with almond butter and fresh berries for a mouth watering morning meal.
