If you’re on a workout grind or just generally looking to get more protein into your diet this recipe is for you!

-Air fry your hashbrowns at 350 F for 10 minutes

-Smash avocado on top

-Layer with cottage cheese

-Finish off with toppings of your choice! I used hot honey on one and chili oil on another. Some other options are chili flakes, feta cheese, shaved egg, and fruit!

While that amazing hashbrown, avocado, and cottage cheese combo (using air-fried hashbrowns for that perfect crispiness!) is a definite winner, I've found so many other creative ways to enjoy it. Sometimes, if I'm really short on time, I’ll simply scoop a generous portion onto a slice of whole-grain toast. A sprinkle of red pepper flakes, a drizzle of chili oil, or even a dash of everything bagel seasoning can transform it into a savory delight. For those with a sweet tooth like mine, adding a handful of fresh berries, a few chopped nuts, and a small drizzle of hot honey creates a surprisingly decadent yet healthy treat. I've even blended cottage cheese into my morning smoothies for an undetectable protein boost that keeps me feeling full until lunch. One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed is how much more satisfied I feel.
