Here are my go-to veggies, along with some tips on how I like to prepare them: 1. Asparagus: My Go-To for a Fresh Crunch Asparagus is practically made for shrimp scampi! Its slightly earthy, crisp texture offers a fantastic contrast to the tender shrimp and pasta.
