I have adhd some days are great some our complete cautious and aniexy and depression. I have been working through these issues with therapy hypnotherapy and also meditation working out like Pilates and rowing and 🏌️‍♀️ I also start hobbies then never stick with them I am working on it and getting better ❤️‍🩹 every day! With understanding that it’s hard having adhd it’s not fun but I am enough and I am grateful to have the people in my life helping me process positive thoughts and energy! Its all about mindset healthy diets and moving your body easier said then done but keep a journal of your journey to positive vibes and you will have a more positive thoughts and good energy! #adhdjourney #positiveenergy #lemon8challenge
