My mom is one of the healthiest people I know!

She made a commitment to become a healthier version of herself for our family.

She made this decision later in life and it has been inspirational to us ALL!

Some of my favorite things she does to create generational health in our family are…

*gifts us with non toxic products (home, body care, bathroom needs, etc)

*moves her body DAILY

*encourages us to cold shower (she does so routinely!)
