No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup whipped cream or topping
Instructions:
1. Combine crumbs and butter, press into pan.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest/juice until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped cream and spread over the crust.
4. Chill 4 hours, cut into bars, and top with lemon zest.








































































































🍋🍋 lemon juice will curdle the cream cheese if you don’t cream it before adding the juice, probably just needed 2 small lemons I used two large and the cheese curdled.
