「ミルクの束縛」って名前のインパクトもすごいけど、いちばん驚いたのは“ほぼ牛乳”って言いたくなるミルク感。私はファミマでミルクコーヒー→ミルクティーの順に見つけて買ったんですが、どちらも生乳75%使用らしく、甘さがしっかり（練乳っぽい方向）で、疲れてる日にかなり沁みました。 ■どこで買える？取り扱いの探し方 基本はファミマ限定なので、まずは店舗のチルド飲料コーナーをチェック。置いてない時は「売り切れ」か「そもそも未入荷」どちらもありました。私が見つけやすかったのは、(1)大型店/駅近 (2)新商品入替が多い店舗 (3)朝より夕方の補充後。どうしても見つからない時は、店員さんに“ミルクの束縛（古谷乳業）のミルクコーヒー/ミルクティー”と商品名で聞くと話が早いです。 ■味の違い（私の体感） ・ミルクコーヒー：コーヒーの苦みは強くなくて、ミルクのコク＋甘さが主役。デザートドリンク感。 ・ミルクティー：アッサムの香りがふわっときて、後味までミルクの余韻が残るタイプ。甘いのに香りで満足感が上がる感じ。 ■カフェインは気になる？ パッケージにカフェイン量がドンと書かれていないこともあるので、私は「夜に飲むなら少なめに」「眠りが浅い日は避ける」で調整しました。紅茶もコーヒーも一般的にカフェインがあるので、妊娠中・授乳中・カフェインに弱い人は量や時間帯を意識すると安心です。 ■カロリー・栄養の考え方 濃い＆甘い分、カロリーは高め（77kcal/100mL表記）。私は“おやつ代わり”として、忙しい日のエネルギー補給に寄せて飲んでます。逆に、スッキリ無糖が好きな人にはかなり甘く感じると思うので注意。 ■パッケージの見どころ 「生乳75%使用」が大きく打ち出されていて、“飲んでいないと損”みたいな煽り文も含めてクセになる世界観。見かけたら、まず1本買って冷やしてゆっくり味わうのがおすすめです。
