For example, similar to the data shown with a drop from 196 lbs to 161 lbs in six months, losing about 1 pound per week felt completely sustainable for me and resulted in a healthier, more energetic feeling. I also avoided restrictive low-carb diets and instead focused on balanced meals, making sure I wasn't starving myself. This approach helped maintain muscle mass and improved my overall well-being. This experience confirmed that steady, evidence-backed calorie deficits, tracking progress realistically, and gentle increases in physical activity contribute to successful body transformations over time.
