Here is my Basic Dough Recipe:

-3 1/2-4 Cups Flour (540 grams)

-1 Cup Milk Warm (240 grams)

- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Yeast (15 grams)

-1 stick butter (113 grams)

-1/2 Cup Sugar (55g) + 1 tbsp for yeast (13 grams)

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (2 grams)

-1/2 tsp cumin toasted (1 gram)

-1/2 tsp salt (4 grams)

- 2 eggs (80-100 grams)
