Celebrate Cinco de Mayo on a budget or just save for your next taco night!

Prices based on my local Wal-Mart in western PA

I don't count basic essentials like eggs, milk, and spices towards total price.

Al Pastor Street Tacos: brown ground pork, add seasoning according to package directions. when done, mix in 2 drained pineapple cups (add more if desired). chop cilantro (optional) assemble tacos - warm tortillas, add meat filling, salsa, and cilantro. serve with a slice of lime

Chorizo Potato Tacos - saute or air fry potatoes with taco seasoning. heat chorizo preferred method according to package directions. (mix the two ingredients if desired) assemble tacos: heat tortillas, add filling (chorizo/potatoes), salsa and sliced/diced/mashed avocado.

Fish Taco Bowl - thaw fish according to package directions. coat with taco seasoning (save some to add to beans) and cook desired method - air fry/bake/pan fry. heat rice according to package directions. heat beans and add taco seasoning. assemble bowls - rice, fish, beans, slaw mix, and top with sauce.
