It operates daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Another gem is the Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens, where admission to the gardens is just $7.50 for adults. The gardens are open from Tuesday to Friday, providing an excellent mid-week escape. Lastly, Mercer Botanic Gardens is free of charge and open daily, located just a short drive from downtown Houston.
