Why I Deleted social media apps,
I really like disconnecting from these apps once in a while .. sometimes we can get carried away with all the “perfect” homes, “perfect” bodies and “perfect” life and we end up forgetting how to life life to the fullest and enjoying the moment.
* our time is PRECIOUS, I always tell myself to be present and enjoy every second of the moments I live with my kids, husband and family. We never know what can happen tomorrow.
* Self growth; I like to take this time and do a self check to see my progress towards my goals. Be it finishing a book or learning something new .
* No Pressure; I hate feeling pressured and I just love doing things on my time. There’s no need to rush for anything so growing your mind and body is what will take you somewhere.
Stay healthy ladies and gentlemen.. our mind is so powerful if we put all our energies into it. Enjoy every moment 🌸
