What do you need to do to change yourself now?
I read a book that introduces 89 such hints.
Thought? Action? Environment?
Which one is the most important to change and which one affects you the most?
I think it's [thinking].
Currently, I am able to acquire a reading habit and continue posting on SNS.
I have been able to organize events called reading groups and participate in communities where I encounter ethnic food, which is a new hobby.
Before I started such a life, I lived a life of going back and forth between home and the company, and only going out drinking with friends on holidays.
It means to feel a sense of crisis in your current life.
I can't believe it even if I look back at myself now, but I have spare time, "I wonder if someone will talk to me ~" "I wonder if there is anything interesting ~" I think that there was almost no thing to take action from myself.
As a result, I was able to have that sense of crisis when I changed jobs in my third year as a working adult.
Even after changing jobs, I was able to have a sense of crisis without losing my vague "anxiety."
Therefore, it is important to change your thinking first!

The correct answer differs from person to person as to which change has the most impact on their life.
By chance, I realized that changing my "thinking" would be the trigger to change myself.
However, there are people who can change themselves by taking action for the time being without thinking deeply.
In terms of MBTI, [E (extroversion)] people are from "action," [I (introversion)] people are from "thinking," and so on.
Even from a close friend, when I am not ready for my thoughts and mind, if I am told that "nothing will change if I do not act!," I really think "Shut up!!" (Laughs)
On the other hand, I think that those who are highly extroverted will act as if they thought "I should try it" with that advice as a trigger, and will actually approach their ideal life.

I think you can change yourself in this order.
However, where to start changing ① ② ③ is different for each person.
People who can continue to change [③ environment] as much as possible can live a very enjoyable life of "continuing to touch the new world."
