ถ้าเสิร์ชหาแนว “coffee tropic” หรือคาเฟ่บรรยากาศสวนป่าเขตร้อนในชลบุรี เราว่า Ayatana (อายตนะ) เป็นอีกที่ที่ตอบโจทย์มาก เพราะไฮไลต์คือการยก Tropical Garden มาไว้ในร้านจริง ๆ เดินเข้าไปแล้วจะเจอโซนต้นไม้เขียวชอุ่มแบบแน่น ๆ มีมุมโต๊ะไม้แทรกอยู่ท่ามกลางต้นไม้ แถมเพดานสูงโปร่งทำให้แสงธรรมชาติลอดเข้ามาสวย ถ่ายรูปออกมาได้ฟีลเหมือนอยู่เรือนกระจก/เรือนต้นไม้แบบละมุน ๆ มุมที่เราแนะนำสำหรับคนอยากได้รูปแนว coffee tropic คือ “ทางเข้ามองทะลุเข้าไปในโซนสวน” จะได้เลเยอร์ของต้นไม้เยอะ ๆ และอีกมุมคือโต๊ะที่อยู่ใกล้หน้าต่างบานใหญ่ แสงจะนุ่มและกระจายดี ทำให้สีเขียวของใบไม้ดูสดขึ้น โดยส่วนตัวถ้าเลือกเวลาได้ เราชอบช่วงเช้าคนจะยังไม่แน่น และช่วงบ่ายแก่ ๆ แสงจะเริ่มสวยแบบโทนอุ่น ถ่ายเครื่องดื่มกับโต๊ะไม้แล้วดูคลีนมาก สายชาเขียว/มัทฉะก็น่าจะถูกใจ เพราะที่นี่ไม่ได้ทำมัทฉะแนวขมโดด แต่เป็นโทน “ละมุน นัว” และมีให้เลือกแหล่งปลูก เวลาสั่งลองอ่านเทสโน้ตหน้าบาร์ก่อน เลือกตามที่ชอบได้เลย เช่น ถ้าชอบกลิ่นถั่ว ๆ นุ่ม ๆ ก็ไปทางสายครีมมี่ แต่ถ้าชอบหอมสดชื่นก็เลือกตัวที่โทนกรีนชัดขึ้น อีกอย่างที่อยากให้เผื่อท้องไว้คือเมนูเจลาโต้ชา (gelato) เพราะกินง่ายและกลิ่นชาชัด เราชอบจับคู่ “เจลาโต้มัทฉะ” กับท็อปปิ้ง/เบสที่เป็นขนมปังแอปเปิ้ลคาราเมลด้านล่าง (แนว ๆ apple bread) มันช่วยตัดรส ทำให้ได้ทั้งความหอมชาและความหวานหอมแบบผลไม้ เคี้ยวแล้วมีเทกซ์เจอร์สนุกขึ้น ส่วนใครเป็นสายชานมไข่มุก แนะนำเจลาโต้ชาไต้หวันที่มีไข่มุกบุกกรุบ ๆ กินเพลินมาก ทริคเล็ก ๆ ก่อนไป: ถ้าอยากนั่งโซนสวน แนะนำไปไวหน่อยเพราะเป็นมุมยอดฮิต และถ้าขับรถมาก็สะดวก เพราะมีที่จอดหน้าร้าน/ข้างร้านพอประมาณ เหมาะกับทริปวันหยุดแบบขับจากกรุงเทพฯ แวะอ่างศิลา แล้วปิดท้ายด้วยคาเฟ่ฟีลทรอปิคที่ได้ทั้งรูปและของหวานชาเขียวครบ ๆ
