It's another fast-growing leafy green, often ready in under 30 days, perfect for adding a peppery kick to salads. And don't forget Bok Choy or Mustard Greens! These vigorous growers can be harvested for baby leaves in just 20-30 days. For the ultimate instant gratification, Microgreens are a must-try – they can be harvested in as little as 7-14 days. Talk about fast-growing seeds for a school project or just a fun home experiment! To really nail your quick-growing vegetable farming, a few simple tips make all the difference. First, soil is key!
