If you are looking to kick off your weight loss journey, here are simple habits to add into your routine over the next 30 days. This challenge is beginner friendly and will help you to form healthy habits in the next month.

1: groceries ~ stock up on groceries that are going to fuel your body (ex: a variety of vegetables, fruits and good protein sources. Reduce processed and junk food)

2: workout plan ~ create a workout plan weekly for the next 30 days that is realistic for you and your goals

3: consume well, balanced meals ~ focus on eating food that will fuel your body and limit eating out.

4: stay hydrated ~ a lot of the times when we THINK we’re hungry, we’re actually just dehydrated. Up your water intake and aim for a gallon of water each day

5: walk 10,000 steps ~ walking is a great form of low impact cardio that will help you achieve your weight loss goals FAST. utilize a fitness tracker and track your steps to ensure you are meeting this step count daily

6: spend more time outside ~ rather than lounging at home watching or scrolling, listen to an audio book and go on more walks outside.
