Easy ND food this week

Here are some of the foods that we’ve been eating in my autistic house lately. Not listed are all of the freezer foods we’ve also been surviving on. I might do another post about that, because we like to balance our homemade food with easy safe freezer meals, for when we lack capacity and executive function.
