Solo Bible study date 😝🫶🏻
Let’s be honest…sometimes the motivation lacks, but I have some practical tips that have helped me to persevere on keeping this habit. Lmk what works for you 🙂↕️🙌🏻
1. Setting some time apart **intentionally**
Just make it part of ur daily schedule! Ik it sounds easier said than done but purposely waking up earlier or just setting some time alone somewhere were u can focus makes a huge difference and definitely a small step that gets u closer to making it a habit.
2. Get a study guide or a study plan!
Just like working out or studying for school, u need a guide/plan to get started. I usually use study plans already included in my bibles (more beginner friendly 🤗), or sometimes borrow my dad’s study bibles which includes comments and detailed explanations about the context and meaning of each passage (if u wanna dig deeper 🙂↕️)
3. Get something yummy to keep ur brain juices flowing 😜 🙌🏻.
Idk why that helps but there’s science behind it that proves it, so trusts. Especially if ur doing ur Bible studies in the morning, you’re gonna want some coffee or sugar to wake u up 😌☕️.
4. Pray Pray Pray 🫶🏻
Ofc last but not least, (this one might be the most important actually 👁️👁️). Start and finish every Bible study by praying. Thank God for the perseverance he gives u to keep pursuing him and pray for discernment to understand his word ☺️.

Quiet and quality time! Pray!🙏
