🎄 Grinch Heart Cake Cookies Recipe 💚❤️

Fluffy, chewy, and Grinch-approved! These green cake cookies are SO easy to make and perfect for spreading holiday cheer (or hoarding all to yourself… no judgment).

Ingredients:

2 large eggs 🥚

½ cup oil 🫒

1 box vanilla cake mix 🎂

1 tbsp vanilla pudding mix 🍮

¼ cup extra flour (if needed) 🌾

Green food coloring 💚

Sugar crystals ✨

Red fondant heart ❤️

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix it up! In a bowl, combine eggs, oil, cake mix, pudding mix, and green food coloring. Mix until a thick dough forms. If it’s too sticky, add a little extra flour.

3️⃣ Get rolling! Scoop dough, roll it in sugar crystals for a little sparkle, then place on the baking sheet.

4️⃣ Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set and the cookies have that perfect soft center.

5️⃣ Top it off! While still warm, gently press a red fondant heart into each cookie. Let them cool & set before digging in! 😍
