• All of these you can buy at your local store or gas station! Depending on how many you get you can get it cheaper or where you get them.

• Secondly, anything low cal high protein can be a snack in between meals. Even if it doesn’t involve protein anything can be a snack if it’s low cal. Low cal is different for everybody. It depends on how much you’re trying to lose.

• If you buy protein powder you can mix it in anything, make drinks or make food with it just mix it in!

• Wether you count calories or not you’ll lose fat. Counting calories for me was a waste of time.

*** cinnamon is a good thing to add to your food lifestyle, it has many benefits!! (I don’t like saying diet because it’s not a diet it’s a sustainable lifestyle that we can live not something we quit)

We all struggle with hitting our protein goals, and we all struggle with trying not to give into our cravings. High protein in general helps you feel fuller longer, and high protein snacks just takes care of two problems at once lol. These are some of my favorites that I eat/drink on a daily basis.
