The Buddha emphasized the importance of letting go and non-attachment in many principles, such as:
1. * (Authenticity): Everything is always changing, there is no permanence.
2. * Every Detention * (Suffering): Attachment and Expectations Cause Suffering
3. * Anatta * (impersonal): There is no true identity; everything is caused by many factors.
Letting go and non-attachment allows us to have peace and reduce suffering, by practicing principles such as:
1. * mindfulness * (mindfulness): Be aware and accept change.
2. * Wisdom * (Understanding): Understand the Nature of Everything
3. * Mercy * (Kindness): Have compassion for yourself and others.
Letting go is not abandonment, but a reduction in attachment and expectation; to make us happier and more peaceful.
