I also find that organizing my meals in clear containers with labels not only keeps my fridge tidy but makes grabbing lunch or dinner as effortless as possible. Meal prepping encourages portion control and reduces food waste since I plan exactly what I will consume. For anyone skeptical about meal prepping, I recommend starting small—perhaps preparing just a few lunches for the upcoming workdays.
