Meal prepping is truly saving me so much time and money and helping me to be the healthiest version of myself in the most enjoyable way.

I look forward to my ONE day a week that I have to cook, and the delicious meals ready at the snap of a finger. The creativity it takes to find substitute for your favorites keeps me excited!

meal prepping also doesnt have to be making a bunch of pre made meals.. you can just.. make a list of meals and stick to it and make them as needed, and eat the left overs. the reason why premaking meals is better when changing diets is because ready made food is what we go for out of convenience. if your healthy options are already made you will be more likely to opt for them. but if you are confident in your ability to choose the healthy options, even when not pre made. it doesnt have to be this forever.

there are so many ways to meal prep and even just doing one meal is so much better than nothing! I have a list of every type of meal prep I could think of to hopefully help people find the one that works for them, but it's been sitting in notion unused lol. Your food looks great! And this method works great for the kinds of people who don't mind eating the same things multiple times a week or get obsessed with a specific dish and want to eat it on repeat, maybe this also works better for breakfasts because people are usually in a rush then and tend to eat the same things everyday anyway, they expect the variety for supper.
