There were many regulars who came alone on the first floor, and the second floor was full with reservations.

Chinese dishes made with spices and liquor and many craft drinks were on sale, and all dishes and drinks were delicious while feeling the commitment until the end.

The appetizer platter was a Chinese-style seasoning that used seasonal vegetables such as daikon radish and eggplant, and it was a platter that went well with sake. Personally, I recommended something like liver and chicken meatballs sandwiched between daikon radish.

Gyoza was something I was interested in from the time of choosing a shop, I ordered meat-like fried dumplings using lamb meat and boiled dumplings with homemade Chinese sauce. The unique flavor of lamb meat changed to umami when spices and lemon were added, and it was easy to eat. The boiled dumplings had plenty of gravy inside, and it also tasted like spices, but it was delicious when I added Chinese sauce.

The spring rolls were made with duck meat and shiso leaves, so it had a relatively light texture. The sauce was sweet soy sauce flavor.

Shrimp Mayo was a voluminous dish with shiitake mushrooms, turnip and onion frit combined with shrimp mayo.

For dessert, ice cream with the aroma of caramel and gateau chocolate with a mysterious texture that is fluffy and crispy were also very delicious.

Seasonal vegetables were cooked deliciously from appetizers to fried foods, and I was able to meet new tastes. I thought that it was a shop with a good atmosphere even if I went alone and enjoyed it with the clerk and other customers, or used as a girls' party or a date.
