Many people say it looks up lately, so take it before-after, and clearly from 71 down to 59 is not a torture reduction, but only three.
1️⃣ Self-depressing diet.
I cut the fried-dessert in half, and I was full, but not more. The real turning point was to stop eating when I was "full," not "very full."
2️⃣ Light cardio + form-focused weight
I run for 20 to 30 minutes a day, and the rest is focused on form, not heavy lifting, but discipline.
3️⃣. Sleep up.
Before going to bed 2-3 every day, losing weight is very difficult. When sleeping faster, the weight is easy to get confused.
The right picture is the latest, not the best, but better every day. 😊
