I thought being skinny would make me happy
For years, I chased the flattest stomach, the lowest weight, the tiniest jeans size.
I restricted food. Followed fad diets.
And even though I "looked" the part, I still felt empty inside.
Everything changed when I discovered strength training.
I stopped obsessing over how little I could eat and started focusing on how well I could *fuel* my body.
I built muscle, energy, and real confidence — not from depriving myself, but from nourishing myself.
But even then... I fell into the next trap:
Protein bars full of chemicals. Fast food that "fit my macros."
The fitness industry’s version of “health” left me bloated, tired, and inflamed.
It wasn’t until I returned to **whole, simple, nourishing foods** that I truly started to heal — body, mind, and spirit. 🌿

God didn’t create us to live in cycles of punishment and obsession.
He designed us to honor our bodies with wisdom, joy, and gratitude. 💛
Our worth isn’t in how little we eat or how hard we push — it’s already secure in Him.
