I maybe a lot of things

2025/7/29 Edited to

... Read moreThe phrase "I maybe a lot of things, but one thing I ain't is a wannabe" resonates deeply with those who value authenticity and self-confidence in today's image-conscious society. This statement boldly affirms a commitment to genuine self-expression, rejecting superficial imitation or the pursuit of false identities. In an era dominated by social media and curated online personas, staying true to who you are can be a powerful form of resistance and self-empowerment. The hashtags #prettywoman and #unfiltered suggest themes of natural beauty and honesty. Celebrating one's natural self without filters aligns with growing movements encouraging body positivity and mental health awareness. People are increasingly embracing their imperfections and unique qualities rather than conforming to unrealistic standards. Authenticity cultivates trust and stronger connections with others. Whether in personal relationships or public personas, people tend to engage more positively with those who show their true selves, flaws and all. Rejecting the label of "wannabe" highlights the importance of originality and self-respect. Practical steps to embrace this mindset include self-reflection, honing your passions, and surrounding yourself with supportive communities that reinforce your authentic identity. It also means being mindful of influences and media consumption that push toward inauthentic standards. Ultimately, the message encourages everyone to confidently claim their unique place in the world, unapologetically and unfiltered. By doing so, one not only uplifts themselves but also inspires others to live authentically, fostering a culture that values truth over pretense.

Things I’ve Learned as a New Motorcycle Rider
1) Buy a motorcycle that a) won’t break the bank and b) is something that you feel comfortable riding on. You might see some newer riders buying a Ducati for $32K (unlikely, but it’s happened), or you might see a new rider going for a Yamaha R1 or a bike that exceeds anything beyond 700CC.

26 things I’ve learned by 26
I’m going to be honest, turning 26 was a scary number for me. It’s so close to 30, and I’m not anywhere near where I thought I would be by this age. As a teenager, I assumed I would be a lawyer, living in a new city, married, maybe with a kid, a house, and pretty much every single thing a teenager
